1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DIVE CONNECT, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to book or offer dive sessions. Minors aged 14–17 may book dives with parental/guardian consent and must be accompanied by a certified adult diver.

3. Health & Safety Requirements
Divers must be in good physical health and may need to complete a medical questionnaire before booking. Users with pre-existing conditions must provide medical clearance.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policies
Bookings are subject to dive master availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may incur non-refundable fees.

5. Payment & Wallet System
Payments are processed through DIVE CONNECT Wallet. Dive masters receive payments directly to their wallet. DIVE CONNECT is not liable for failed transactions due to incorrect payment details.

6. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
Users acknowledge that diving involves inherent risks. DIVE CONNECT is not liable for injuries or damages sustained during dive sessions.

7. Platform Usage & Conduct
Users must provide accurate information. Abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
User data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Personal information shared only with dive masters for booking purposes.

9. Amendments & Updates
DIVE CONNECT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email or system notification.
